Questions

Is Tulparcoin legal tender?

No. The US dollar and the som are the legal tender of the ISEZ. Tulparcoin is a digital asset that people choose to accept. The Bank of Irad has said it is not money and not a bank deposit, and we agree.

Who issues Tulparcoin?

Tulparcoin is issued by the Liberty Forum of Irad, an association registered in Talas. Tulpar Technologies Inc. makes the Tulpar app and its wallet and payment software.

What changes on 1 January 2027?

From that date, payments in Tulpar Pay are settled in Tulparcoin only. Chats, channels and Bazar work as before. You can still pay in cash or by bank transfer outside the app.

Why can't I open tulparcoin.com in Irad?

Since 8 October 2026 Attelkom has restricted access to the Tulparcoin website and the exchange. The Tulpar app is not affected, and you can buy and sell in the app or at Tulpar points.

Why was my card declined?

Talasbank currently declines card payments to Tulparcoin. Cards issued outside the ISEZ usually work. Inside Irad, the simplest way to buy is with cash at a Tulpar point.

Is the Liberty Forum's share really locked?

Yes. The Forum's 270 million coins are held in a locked wallet until 22 September 2028. The wallet address will be published with the Forum's first report.

What about the court case over the name?

The Talas Commercial Development Group has asked the Talas District Court to stop the use of the name Tulparcoin. The court refused an interim injunction on 12 October and will hear the case on 16 November. The Tulpar app is not part of the case.

Before you buy. Tulparcoin's price changes every minute and can fall sharply. It is not a bank deposit and no deposit guarantee covers it. Only buy what you can afford to lose, and never borrow to buy.
