The Times carries almost no state advertising. It is paid for by the people who read it.

In Irad

Home delivery in Talas and Nurzhan: 220 som a year, or 60 som a quarter. Pay at our office, 3 Printers’ Lane, or at any Talasbank branch to account “Times Staff Trust”. Students and pensioners pay half.

Abroad

Readers outside Irad can subscribe through Friends of the Irad Times in Chicago, which posts the paper every Friday: US$60 a year by post, or US$25 for the email edition. Friends of the Irad Times also pays for this website. Write to the association by post at its Chicago address, printed on page 2 of every issue.

Libraries

The National Library of Irad at Talas State University keeps the bound volumes from 1996. Libraries abroad that would like a set should write to us.
