Toktogul’s extra 240 MW

The Toktogul complex will export an additional 240 megawatts this winter after the refit of two units, the Ministry of Energy said. It did not say how the revenue would be shared with the tribal regions, whose share is fixed in an unpublished annex to the Naryn protocol. The Kökjal elders say they have asked for the annex to be published before next year’s renewal.
