Tulparcoin name case to 16 November

The Talas District Court adjourned the Talas Commercial Development Group’s request for an injunction against the Tulparcoin name until 16 November. Judge Asel Mamytbekova asked both sides whether a cryptocurrency is a “financial service” at all. The coin stays blocked by Attelkom and traded at about three US cents from abroad.
